The award-winning, 22,000-square-foot Health & Fitness Center features the latest in
strength and cardiovascular equipment as well as a bright, energetic Aerobics Studio.
Fitness classes feature 40 hours a week of complimentary workouts from Yoga and Spin Classes,
to Core and Strength classes, to Zumba and Tap Dance. Additionally, Indian Ridge offers “extended hours” access to the
Health & Fitness Center from 5am – 10pm daily for Golf and Club Members.
Poolside food and beverage service is available from our JK’s Café, a casual indoor / outdoor
poolside dining venue.
